Thank you so much for such a warm and generous welcome at CIMASUB 2025. It was a truly special festival filled with extraordinary films, kind and passionate people, and unforgettable moments. We arrived as strangers and left feeling like family - a powerful reminder that shared passions for the ocean transcend language and borders.
It was an honor to be part of an event that so beautifully introduces the public to both the wonders and the threats facing our oceans. Watching viewers’ faces as they encountered the smallest and largest marine life on the big screen was incredibly moving. The photo exhibitions throughout the city — and later on tour — were especially impactful, bringing the underwater world directly into the community.
CIMASUB’s commitment to engaging the public in such an inviting, accessible, and meaningful way is truly inspiring. Thank you for including us in the festivities and for all that you do to celebrate and protect our oceans. I hope to return in the years ahead! Thank you so much!
