The concentrations of mantellas (Gymnura altavela) that occur in the Canary Islands are a unique natural phenomenon in the world. This documentary talks about the theories that currently exist to explain these concentrations of more than 150 individuals in some cases. It also shows the main threats facing this Critically Endangered species and the work and initiatives being carried out in the archipelago to protect them and guarantee their survival.
