It evokes so many wonderful and necessary emotions that it is always a luxury and a privilege to be able to enjoy it, year after year, in Donostia. Because gifts like this in life must be seized, enjoyed, appreciated for how important they are, what they bring us, where they take us and, above all, we must be grateful for them.

Thank you, CIMASUB, for these images of our submerged sea; of exceptional quality, of unknown reality, of a pressing need for knowledge and love, of true love for the sea, its inhabitants and for life. This ode to submerged life is essential in our times to stop, become aware, appeal to our daily lives and, of course, marvel but also feel pain for what has been lost and its deterioration.
You create love for the sea and for life. That connection through stories that come from the soul, music that resonates within us and the journey in images through this unknown world remind us that we are also part of all this. That awakening is a crucial step in becoming aware that, in the same way, we can contribute to its protection. Each of us, from our passion and expertise, acting and working for that blue. We may be just a drop, but you remind us that we are an important drop that watches over something fundamental, such as the common good, the conservation of the great blue that allows life on our planet.
And drop by drop... oceans are created, as we know.
