The CIMASUB, International Underwater Film Series of Donostia-San Sebastian, in its 46th edition to be held on 24, 25 and 26 November 2022, is organised by the Underwater Activities Section of the Royal Society of Football, and aims to publicise the underwater world, and raise awareness of respect and care for our seas and oceans, through the dissemination of audiovisual works. CIMASUB is the communication channel between the ambassadors of the Sea, underwater photographers and videographers, and the thousands of people who visit the cinemas where this international event is held every year. Our CIMASUB 2022 competition for documentaries, short films and photographs is now open with a chance to win the following PRIZES. To participate in the competition and send the works we have two options:
The deadline for submitting entries is from 15 June to 15 September. The list of winners will be published in October. The results will be communicated by email, on our website cimasub.com, social networks and in the media. The festival will be held on the 24th, 25th and 26th at the Teatro Principal in Donostia-San Sebastián. As always, all events and screenings will be FREE ADMISSION until full capacity is reached. Tickets will be numbered, and can be purchased at the box office on the day of the event, from 11:30 to 13:30 and from 17 to 19h.
