Purpose
To mark the 50th edition of CIMASUB, a free promotional giveaway is being organised on Instagram with the aim of promoting the festival and its community connected to the underwater world and underwater imaging.
Prize
10 Cressi waterproof backpacks, special CIMASUB 50th Anniversary edition, supplied by Cressi as an official sponsor of the 50th anniversary, will be given away. Each backpack has an approximate value of €39, with a total approximate value of €390. Each winner will receive one backpack. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
Eligibility by territory
The promotion is international and is open to residents of territories where participation in the giveaway and receipt of the prize are legally permitted.
Age
Participation is limited to persons aged 18 or over.
Promotion period
The promotion begins when the official giveaway post is published on @cimasub and ends on 29 December 2026 at 11:59 p.m., Spanish mainland time.
How to enter
To participate, entrants must follow @cimasub and leave a comment on the official giveaway post tagging a different person who is involved in or interested in underwater photography, underwater video, diving or the sea. A maximum of 3 entries per account will be permitted, provided that a different person is tagged in each comment.
Optional actions
Liking the post, saving it, sharing it to Stories or following Cressi are not compulsory requirements and will not, in themselves, increase the chances of winning.
Exclusions
Employees, workers or persons directly involved in organising the giveaway on behalf of CIMASUB are excluded from participation. CIMASUB may exclude fraudulent, automated or fake entries, as well as any entries that breach these terms and conditions.
Prize draw
The draw will take place on 30 December 2026 using a random selection system from among all valid entries. 10 winners and 10 reserve winners will be selected in order.
Winner notification
The @usernames of the winners may be published through CIMASUB’s official channels. In addition, winners will be contacted exclusively by private message from @cimasub. They will have 72 hours to respond and provide the necessary information. If they fail to respond, do not comply with these terms and conditions or decline the prize, the prize will pass to the corresponding reserve winner.
Shipping
CIMASUB will cover ordinary shipping costs through Correos, the Spanish postal service. Any customs duties, import taxes, customs fees or customs clearance costs required in the destination country will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
Personal data
For the purpose of administering and delivering the prize, only the information necessary for shipping will be requested: full name, postal address, country, postcode, telephone number and, where necessary, email address. This information will be used exclusively to administer the giveaway and arrange delivery. It will not be added to commercial databases or used for advertising, newsletters or future promotions. It may only be shared with Correos or other operators necessary to complete delivery. The data will be deleted when it is no longer required, except where certain information must be retained to comply with legal obligations.
Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, administer or otherwise associate itself with this promotion. Participants release Instagram from any liability related to the promotion.

Cressi is an official sponsor of CIMASUB’s 50th anniversary and has supplied the backpacks that form the prizes in this giveaway. The management and organisation of the giveaway, the selection of winners and the shipment of prizes are the responsibility of CIMASUB.

CIMASUB may exclude fake profiles, bots, automated behaviour, impersonation, mass tagging or any other activity intended to manipulate the normal operation of the giveaway.
Acceptance
Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The promotion will be governed by the legislation applicable to the organiser and, where relevant, by any mandatory rules applicable in the participant’s territory of residence.
