CIMASUB in EIBAR. Underwater cinema to reflect on the future of the sea
The International Underwater Film Series (CIMASUB) announces its 22nd edition from 13 to 16 November at the Coliseo Antzokia. With free admission, the event includes underwater screenings, exhibitions and educational activities.
Under the slogan "Building a blue future", CIMASUB 2023 presents cinematographic works that explore the beauty and degradation of the oceans. In addition, an underwater photographic exhibition at the Arrate Cultural Centre immerses visitors in the mysteries of the seabed.
Educational commitment is reflected in the Txikiziklo Submarino, an educational tour for primary school students on 13 December. Families are also invited to the Txikiziklo with prize draws, promoting respect for the environment.
Organised by Subacuáticas Real Sociedad, the event is supported by Eibar City Council, the Subacuáticas Eibar sports club, the Real Sociedad Foundation and the Mater Museo. Join in the celebration of the underwater world and the shared responsibility to protect it.
