Thanks to the jury and all participants of Cimasub 2025.

At Cimasub, we are very grateful. First, to our jury, who once again this year have accepted the challenge of evaluating the works submitted to the Festival. We know that this is no easy task, because the quality and talent on display in each edition continues to grow. Thank you for your dedication and for putting your knowledge and experience at the service of Cimasub!

This year's jury is made up of a group of great professionals who are passionate about underwater imaging:

• Dr. Alex del Olmo, professional videographer, trainer, jury member, and winner at numerous international festivals.
• Carlos Minguell, underwater imaging specialist, trainer, jury member, and winner at national and international championships.
• Francisco José Sánchez, former member of the FEDAS image committee and organizer of CEVISUB and NAFOSUB.
• Jose Antonio García “Zica”, diving instructor, trainer of underwater photography and video judges (FEDAS/CMAS).
• Esteban Toré, FEDAS underwater photography jury commissioner, winner of multiple national and international awards.
• Roberto Suárez García, with extensive experience organizing, leading teams, and collaborating with FEDAS.
• Jesús J. Insausti, member of Subacuáticas Real Sociedad, serving as a judge in underwater photography.
• Verónica Mateos Franco, FEDAS underwater photography jury commissioner.
• Iker Zubillaga Sancho, FEDAS underwater photography jury commissioner.

We would also like to express our heartfelt thanks to all the underwater photographers and videographers, both women and men, who have participated in this 49th edition. Your effort, your creativity, and your desire to share the beauty of the underwater world are what make this Festival possible.

The deadline for submitting entries is now closed, and we are proud to say that, once again, participation has been fantastic. Now it is the jury's turn to begin the difficult task of deliberating.

We will have to wait a little longer, but the reward will be worth it: throughout October, we will find out the winners of this 49th edition.
